**Job Title**: Public Relations Officer (PRO)
**Location**: Edamanasserry Spine Hospital P Ltd, NSN Palayam, Coimbatore

**Overview**:
We are looking for a Compassionate and detail oriented **Public Relations Officer (PRO)** to join our team. As a PRO, you will play a vital role in assisting patients with their medical needs throughout their journey in our Medical Facility. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating various patient care services like collaborating closely with patients and their families, coordinating with their Insurance requirements. Your commitment and expertise will contribute to the overall well-being and satisfaction of our patients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of healthcare industry.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute communication strategies to enhance the hospital's reputation.
- Manage crisis communications and community outreach initiatives.
- To monitor problems and follow-up of the same in IP and OP through feedback forms
- To ensure that effective interface between departments for attending to complaints are maintained. To send appreciation notes to the staff as and when they are received through the IP feedback form.
- To reply to the IP feedback form, interact with other department HOD s in implementing suggestions.
- Respond to all enquiries regarding hospital facilities or re-direct enquires to the correct departments when needed. Deal with all front office queries and complaints in a courteous and timely manner
- Interview patients in a polite and friendly manner in order to obtain relevant information for registration purposes; updating patient details at each appointment; inputting all information accurately onto the computer system.
- Receive payment from all patients in respect of hospital services provided and maintain integrity of personal float. Ensure transactions are correctly recorded and receipted. Allocate cash to carriers or patients in accordance with billing agreements as required.
- Undertake duties in accordance with departmental policies and procedures
- To be fully conversant in all areas of Front Office
- Meet and greet patients and visitors in a warm, respectful and courteous manner at all times,
- Provide efficient and effective administrative support
- Action all requests from patients, doctors, and visitors to the hospital courteously, promptly and efficiently.
- Assist patients with the documentation for their insurance needs
- To perform any job / task as and when assigned by the superior
- Hands on experience with NABH coordination is preferable
**Requirements**:
- Any Bachelor’s degree (preferably from Healthcare)
- At least 2 years experience in the related position
- **MALE CANDIDATES ONLY.**
- **Prefer Immediate Joiners**
- Good Communication skill, ability to work well under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
