**Position Overview**:
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) plays a vital role in shaping the school's image and managing relationships with the local community, parents, and the media. The PRO will focus on driving admissions, promoting the school's brand, and developing strategic partnerships with local businesses and community groups. A strong background in public relations, marketing, and communication within an educational context is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Admissions & Marketing**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive student admissions.
- Organize open houses, school tours, and information sessions for prospective students and parents.
- Manage admission inquiries, provide personalized guidance, and ensure smooth admissions processes.
- **Brand Promotion & Media Relations**:

- Build and maintain the school’s brand through strategic public relations campaigns.
- Write press releases, newsletters, and promotional content to highlight school achievements and events.
- Establish relationships with local media and ensure positive press coverage.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Build partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and community groups.
- Organize and participate in local events, fairs, and outreach programs to strengthen the school’s presence in the community.
- Conduct home visits and parent outreach to enhance engagement and foster strong relationships.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct market analysis to understand local trends, competition, and demand for school services.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for continuous improvement of marketing strategies.
- Gather and analyze data on community demographics, preferences, and expectations to guide marketing efforts.
- **School Events Coordination**:

- Work closely with school staff to coordinate and promote school events.
- Assist in managing large-scale events, including sports meets, cultural programs, and annual functions.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in public relations or marketing, preferably in a CBSE school or educational institution.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing.
- Analytical skills for market research and data interpretation.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
