**Job Title: PRO (Public Relations Officer)**

**Job Location: VGP Universal kingdom (Injambakkam)**

**Job Overview**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic **Public Relations Officer (PRO)** to join our team. The PRO will be responsible for managing the public image of the company, building relationships with media outlets, and handling public communications. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company’s image and brand awareness.
- Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and media outlets.
- Monitor media coverage and analyze public sentiment to adjust PR strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate and organize press conferences, interviews, and events.
- Respond to public inquiries and media requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align PR strategies with company goals and initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on media coverage, public relations activities, and impact.
- Handle crisis communication and ensure proper response to negative publicity.
- Oversee social media presence and ensure alignment with PR strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in public relations, media relations, or a related field of 5 years
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with media monitoring tools and PR software.
