Job Responsibility Fabric Cutting Department Incharge

1. Job Role (KRAs) with Weightage

**Accuracy and Efficiency in Fabric Cutting (Weightage: 30%)**

**Inventory Management and Optimization (Weightage: 25%)**

**Team Leadership and Training (Weightage: 20%)**

**Process Improvement and Cost Reduction (Weightage: 15%)**

**Health and Safety Compliance (Weightage: 10%)**

**1] Accuracy and Efficiency in Fabric Cutting (Weightage: 30%)**

**1)Precision in Cutting**:
1. Percentage of fabric pieces cut accurately according to specifications.

2. Number of cutting errors or deviations per batch.

**2) Utilization of Fabric**:
1.Percentage of fabric utilization achieved in the cutting process.

2. Reduction in fabric wastage through optimized cutting techniques.

**3) Cutting Speed and Efficiency**:
1. Average time taken to cut a standard set of fabric pieces.

2. Improvement in cutting speed through process optimization.

**2] Inventory Management and Optimization (Weightage: 25%)**

**1) Inventory Accuracy**:
1. Accuracy of inventory records and stock counts for fabric.

2.Percentage of discrepancies identified and resolved in fabric inventory.

**2)Fabric Requisition Fulfillment**:
1. Timeliness of fulfilling fabric requisitions from production.

2. Reduction in stockouts or excess fabric inventory levels.

**3] Team Leadership and Training (Weightage: 20%)**

**1) Team Performance**:
1. Achievement of cutting targets by the team.

2. Feedback from team members on leadership effectiveness and support.

**2) Training and Skill Development**:
1.Participation in training programs related to fabric cutting techniques.

2.Improvement in team performance after training interventions.

**4] Process Improvement and Cost Reduction (Weightage: 15%)**

**1) Identification of Process Improvements**:
1. Identification and implementation of process improvements in fabric cutting.

2. Cost savings achieved through process optimization initiatives.

**2) Cost Reduction Initiatives**:
1. Reduction in fabric wastage and associated costs.

2. Improvement in cutting efficiency leading to cost savings.

**5] Health and Safety Compliance (Weightage: 10%)**

**1) Adherence to Safety Protocols**:
1. Compliance with safety procedures and regulations in the cutting department.

2. Reduction in the number of safety incidents or accidents.

**2) Employee Well-being**:
1. Employee satisfaction survey results on workplace safety and health.

2.Implementation of measures to promote employee well-being in the cutting department.

**Education**:
Relevant Degree in Grament specialization.

**Experience**:
Minimum 5yrs of experince in cutting department
Experience in Mens casual shirt will be preffer first.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
