**Job description**

**Position**:Quality Incharge (Home Furnishings) - Kalyan**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Check the cutting, sewing, and finishing of the product and report to the factory manager for any issues.
- Understand and follow the quality SOP in each step of the process.
- Check the final product as per buyer’s requirement & follow the quality standard as determined.
- Performing routine inspections and quality tests for the final product.
- Audit of the packed goods prior to offering shipment to buyer.
- Responsible for analysis of the quality reports and prepare the improvement plan.
- Ensuring the right quality of the outward product by conducting quality audits in manufacturing process

**Qualification**:Graduate/Diploma in Textile
- Any First Class Graduate/ Diploma from Textile with minimum 5+ years of experience in Home Furnishings Industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Should have sound knowledge of various products in Home Textiles.
- Should have an expertise and knowledge of Quality Parameters.
- Should have a proven track record in developing technical standards, solving quality issues and getting better quality.
