**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and control production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly output targets.
- Supervise production staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure efficient workflow.
- Coordinate with QC, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor the availability and proper use of raw materials, machinery, and manpower.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and resolve production issues promptly.
- Maintain production records, including shift reports, downtime, and inventory usage.
- Identify and implement process improvements for productivity and cost-efficiency.
- Train and guide production operators and technicians on best practices.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed for all equipment.
- Report production progress, delays, or abnormalities to management.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Required B.Sc. in Chemistry
- Minimum experience of 1-2 years in a chemical industry or manufacturing plant
- Familiarity with batch processing and documentation
- Knowledge of ISO, EHS, and GMP guidelines
- Good communication and coordination abilities

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
