About the Role:
The MIS-Incharge/MIS Assistant/Return Incharge is responsible for ensuring that our operations run smoothly. They deliver predictable, reliable service to our customers by hiring the right people and implementing the right processes. He will effectively manage multiple stakeholders - driver partners, clients and on-ground supervisory staff.

Your Superpowers:

- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in an on-the-ground, fast-paced business, preferably in Logistics and Warehouse Management.
- Prior Experience with Logistics and Warehouse Management.
- Must have excellent Time management and organizational skills and must be detail - oriented.
- Well versed with geography for faster Identification of Beats & Routes.
- Prior Experience with any ERP, Truck Management System Tools.
- Should have Advanced Excel Knowledge & should be able to Automate Reports as much as possible.
- Willingness to deal with a blue-collar workforce every day.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and local language.
- Knowledge of handling B2B operations & FMCG Market would be an added advantage.

What you will do everyday:

- Preparation of Daily Sales and Dispatch report, Return reports, Damage reports, Cash Report.
- Work closely with cross functional teams to streamline work flows and optimize operational efficiency. ( i.e. Cross dock Team, RS Team & Depot Team)
- Coordinating with Depot team, Vendors, Customer and sales team for managing day to day

operations activities.
- Secondary vans bill processing, Van to Beat Assignment, E way Bill & E Invoicing related Documentation.
- App related Issue Resolution for DE- at the Cross Dock & In the Market
- Market Follow Ups from DE & Coordinating with Sales Team to resolve the Issue at the earliest
- Building knowledge on Products by company overtime.
- DEs SPOC while they are in Market
- Bill Sanctity & Accuracy Maintenance until its delivered to RS - On time & In Full
- Accurate & Clean Data Management for Returns (Incoming & Outgoing), Crate Inventory Moment, Cash (Incoming & Outgoing) & Billing Information
- Cross Docking Report, STN Report, Sales Report, Cash Collection Report, Return Report from different Portals needs to be automated & sent at a pre-decided frequency to relevant stakeholders

Compensation:

- Full-time salary negotiable based on experience and equity compensation plan.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
