- Ensure proper nursing care at OT as per the conditions of patient.

**Leadership and Supervision**: As an OT Incharge, you will lead and supervise a team of occupational therapists and support staff. This includes providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team delivers high-quality patient care.
