- **Sterilization and Maintenance**: Ensuring the sterilization and proper maintenance of the operating theatre environment and equipment.
- **Staff Management**: Assigning staff to shifts, managing workflow, and providing training.
- **Patient Care**: Assisting with pre and post-operative patient care, including transfer to and from the recovery room.
- **Equipment Management**: Maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the availability of necessary medical equipment and supplies.
- **Supply Management**: Maintaining adequate stocks of consumables, instruments, and other supplies.
- **Safety and Infection Control**: Ensuring compliance with infection control policies and safety protocols.
- **Coordination**: Coordinating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals during surgeries.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintaining accurate records of surgeries, sterilization, and inventory.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implementing and maintaining quality control measures, including NABH standards.
- **Hazardous Waste Management**: Managing hazardous waste disposal in accordance with regulations.
- **Emergency Preparedness**: Assisting with emergencies outside the OT room, including providing technical support and emergency stock.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
