**OT Incharge - Roles & Responsibilities Clinical & Operational Management**
- Supervise the overall functioning of the Operation Theatre (OT) and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Allocate OT schedules, coordinate surgical cases, and manage resources effectively.
- Monitor sterilization, infection control, and aseptic protocols inside the OT.
- Ensure availability of surgical instruments, equipment, medicines, and consumables before procedures.
- Oversee pre-operative and post-operative preparations in coordination with surgeons and anesthetists.

**Team Supervision & Leadership**
- Lead, supervise, and support OT nurses, technicians, and support staff.
- Conduct staff duty rosters, manage shift schedules, and ensure adequate manpower.
- Provide training, mentorship, and continuous professional development to the OT team.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) by the OT team.

**Patient Safety & Quality Assurance**
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH/JCI standards, and patient safety protocols.
- Monitor and report OT incidents, near misses, or adverse events, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain high standards of patient care, infection prevention, and surgical safety checklists (WHO guidelines).

**Administrative & Inventory Control**
- Maintain OT records, logs, and documentation of all surgical procedures.
- Monitor inventory of instruments, consumables, drugs, and surgical supplies, ensuring timely procurement.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of OT equipment with the biomedical team.
- Prepare monthly reports on OT utilization, performance, and outcomes.

**Coordination & Communication**
- Liaise with surgeons, anesthetists, nursing staff, and hospital management for efficient OT functioning.
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving OT-related issues and escalations.
- Support audits, inspections, and accreditation processes.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
