We are looking for a focused and meticulous supplier and inward quality engineer to join our team.

The responsibilities of the supplier quality engineer include securing supplies and parts, reviewing engineering and manufacturing specifications, monitoring materials for any defects, and resolving quality issues.

To be successful as a supplier quality engineer, you should have excellent analytical and technical skills with strong attention to detail. Ultimately, a top-notch supplier quality engineer should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and an eye for supply quality control.

Roles and responsibilities
- Review manufacturing specifications of parts
- Research and find the best vendors to supply components as per specification
- Contact vendors and coordinate between production manager, manufacturing personnel and suppliers to secure required materials for the production floor
- Conduct supplier quality control audits on a regular basis to ensure vendors and their supplies remain in compliance with company production standards
- Communicate with vendors regularly to address any concerns and foster an environment that facilitates continual improvement in working relationships
- Update all inward and supplier quality data in Tally ERP system
- Understand and interpret all manufacturing audits, including ISO 9001 and other industry standards
- Maintain a supplier database and include performance evaluations
- Assist with logistics, including communications with vendors when there are packaging and receiving issues when materials arrive at receiving store
- Train and educate vendors about inspection processes of difficult components

Knowledge
- Knowledge of CNC turning, turn mill, sliding headstock machine and conventional machining processes
- Measuring instruments, and quality checking procedures
- ISO 9001:2015 documentation and processes
- QC analysis tools

**Skills**:

- Measuring instrument handling and usage
- Contracer, VMM, Surface roughness tester, Height gauge operating
- Data analysis and report generation
- Software skills - MS Office, Autocad, Tally ERP
- Excellent written and oral communication in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Coordination with vendors and meeting the delivery deadline while achieving desired quality
- Training

**Salary**: ₹175,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
