Job Category Construction Planning Design Delivery About Business Adani Group Adani Group is a diversified organisation in India comprising 10 publicly traded companies It has created a world-class logistics and utility infrastructure portfolio that has a pan-India presence Adani Group is headquartered in Ahmedabad in the state of Gujarat India Over the years Adani Group has positioned itself to be the market leader in its logistics and energy businesses focusing on large-scale infrastructure development in India with O M practices benchmarked to global standards With four IG-rated businesses it is the only Infrastructure Investment Grade issuer in India Adani Realty Adani Realty is the real estate arm of one of India s leading infrastructure and development entities - Adani Group With resolute commitment to Nation Building and Growth with Goodness we are developing real estate projects in the most promising destinations integrating design aesthetics with cutting-edge construction technology Job Purpose The Incharge - Project Monitoring Region is responsible for tracking and coordinating the performance of assigned regional projects ensuring timely completion and providing updates to senior leadership This role involves overseeing project execution tracking financial and operational performance and ensuring adherence to planned schedules The role will also coordinate with various business units BUs to facilitate smooth project execution and escalate key challenges to the CEO s Office Responsibilities Incharge - Project Monitoring Regional Performance Coordination Target Setting Coordinate and monitor the region s project performance and progress Prepare and submit yearly targets including CAPEX and sales projections Ensure seamless coordination between regional business units and leadership for timely execution of tasks Project Tracking Performance Monitoring Oversee the progress of all regional projects ensuring milestones are met as per the schedule Review and report planned vs actual performance across projects Identify delays and issues providing actionable insights to improve project timelines Conduct regular performance reviews with the CEO s Office and ensure complete timely submission of key reports Financial Operational Oversight Monitor financial progress and ensure alignment with budgeted CAPEX and sales targets Provide updates on financial performance risks and mitigation strategies Track key operational indicators including safety security and design compliance Stakeholder Coordination Communication Act as a bridge between regional project teams and the CEO s Office to ensure smooth communication and alignment Collaborate with BU Heads to track progress address challenges and implement corrective measures Summarize and present key information to the CEO s Office ensuring strategic decision-making Process Improvement Reporting Ensure timely and accurate submission of regional project reports including financial and operational summaries Develop MIS reports to track project status highlight deviations and recommend corrective actions Support the implementation of best practices in project monitoring and execution Key Stakeholders - Internal Business Heads and Functional Heads Other Teams - Legal Finance HR Project Sales and Marketing Design Techno Commercial Qualifications Educational Qualification Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering postgraduate degree in Business Administration preferred Work Experience Range of years 13-18 Years Preferred Industry Experience in project monitoring construction management or real estate operations Proven track record in overseeing large-scale real estate projects and ensuring timely execution
