Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Divisional Incharge. The Divisional Incharge will oversee daily operations within their division, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities include managing teams, coordinating projects, monitoring performance, and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards. The role also involves liaising with other departments, developing strategies to improve workflow, and providing regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience in team management, project coordination, and performance monitoring
• Strong understanding of quality and safety compliance
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective strategies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant experience in the power infrastructure or related industry is a plus
