**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and tailor campaigns to target audiences effectively.
- Strengthen brand positioning through innovative storytelling and consistent messaging.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all communication channels.
- Create and oversee multi-channel campaigns, including digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, providing detailed analytics and actionable insights.
- Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, press releases, and promotional materials.
- Build relationships with media, stakeholders, and external partners to enhance outreach efforts.
- Work closely with the sales and project teams to align marketing efforts with project goals.
- Lead the internal marketing team and external agencies to achieve targets.
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in marketing, communications, or strategy roles, preferably in real estate.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; **must be articulate and persuasive,**strong command of the **English language.**:

- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
- Work closely alongside the Managing Director on key initiatives and decision-making processes.
