**Overview**:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Strategist to join our team in Vadodara Alkapuri.

The Brand Strategist will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels, and driving brand awareness.

This role involves working closely with our marketing and content teams to create impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Brand Strategy Development**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to establish and enhance brand presence.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth.

**Brand Identity and Messaging**:

- Define and refine brand messaging, tone, and visual identity.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, campaigns, and communications.

**Content and Campaign Collaboration**:

- Work closely with content and creative teams to guide the development of brand-aligned content.
- Develop and implement brand-centric marketing campaigns that drive engagement and loyalty.

**Market and Competitor Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to understand industry positioning and customer perception.
- Analyze competitor branding strategies to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.

**Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Track brand performance using relevant KPIs, and measure the effectiveness of brand campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights to inform strategic adjustments.

**Innovation and Trend Awareness**:

- Stay updated with the latest branding and marketing trends to keep the brand ahead.
- Implement innovative techniques to strengthen brand perception and customer connection.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Brand Strategist, Brand Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of brand-building principles and marketing best practices.
- Excellent analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in branding, analytics, and project management tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in branding or digital marketing (e.g., Google, HubSpot).
- Experience in digital branding and brand identity design.
