**Job Title**: Brand Strategist

**Department**: Branding

**Reports To**: Creative Director

**Summary**:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Brand Strategist to join our team. As a Brand Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing branding strategies for our clients. You will work closely with the Creative Director and other members of the team to create and implement branding campaigns that help our clients achieve their business goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand the client's brand landscape
- Develop brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling strategies
- Create and manage brand guidelines
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and implement branding campaigns
- Present branding strategies and campaigns to clients
- Track and measure the success of branding campaigns

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or advertising
- Strong understanding of branding principles and best practices
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
