**Position Overview**:
Sandhya Branding Agency is a branding agency with more than 25+ years of operations with offices located in Ahmedabad and Rajkot. We believe in expanding our vision to offer brands creative solutions.

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Creative Strategist to join our innovative branding agency. As a Creative Strategist, you will be at the heart of our creative process, driving the development of strategic campaigns that shape brand identities and engage audiences. If you possess a strategic mindset, an eye for design, and a flair for persuasive communication, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our client's brands.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand brand goals, target audiences, and market trends, translating insights into effective creative strategies.
- Develop comprehensive content plans that guide content creation and distribution across platforms.
- Work closely with designers, writers, and other team members to bring creative concepts to life.
- Create visually engaging presentations that effectively communicate strategic concepts to clients.
- Conduct research and analysis of market trends, behaviors, and data to inform strategic recommendations.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and understanding their needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to infuse innovation into strategies.
- Craft compelling and impactful copy across various mediums, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in a branding agency or creative environment.
- Education background in Mass Communications, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent collaboration, project management, and prioritization skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media channels, and emerging technologies.
- Adaptability to evolving client needs, industry trends, and project requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
