**About the Role**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Investor Relations Manager** with 2-4 years of relevant experience to lead communications with current and potential investors. The role demands strong financial understanding, communication skills, and the ability to effectively convey our company’s performance and strategic vision to external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Investor Updates**: Prepare and share quarterly updates, reports, newsletters, and performance dashboards for existing investors.
- **Market Research**: Track industry trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to inform communication strategy.
- **Reporting**: Collaborate with finance and strategy teams to ensure accurate and timely financial and business reporting.
- **Event Coordination**: Support in organizing investor meetings and virtual updates.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. (MBA/Investor Relations certification is a plus.)
- 2-4 years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, equity research, or fundraising support.
- Strong communication and presentation skills—both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and tools like PitchBook, Carta, or equivalent.
- Comfortable working directly with leadership and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and confidentiality.

**Preferred Traits**:

- Prior experience in a fast-growing startup or early-stage company.
- Familiarity with investor data rooms, term sheets.
- Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
