Who are we hiring?

Investor Relations Professional

**Responsibilities**:

- End to end assistance on the fundraising process - managing new and existing investor relations and initiate activities like decks, agreements, communication, due diligence etc as needed.
- Taking up strategic projects & BD partnerships as part of the founders office that need to explored until they are mainstream & can later be passed onto the operating & growth teams
- Creating and managing a business plan for predictability on growth and tracking milestones being achieved according to it (from a fundraising perspective)
- Working with our finance team to automate processes for timely preparation of financials to be shared with investors as per formats provided.

Function: Sales and Business → General Management / Strategy - Business Development

We are hiring for a Founder's Office role to enable founders to think on the vision while this person is focused on executing the mission and day-to-day activities. You will work with Assembly’s CEO to prioritize and drive several internal and external initiatives for product launches, marketing campaigns, hiring, financial analysis, providing metrics, investor reports and ensuring the CEO's focus and time is invested in the company's top priorities.

**Responsibilities**:
A role where you work directly with our founders or leadership team to help them build and grow the company.

Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization.

Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and investor reports.

Help in sustaining investor relations, fundraising and business development.

Coordinate with the tech, product, marketing, Operations teams to build and launch new products, iterate to get to product-market fit, build strategic partnerships, design go-to-market strategies and establish key business opportunities. Basically establish and track progress across multiple projects ( OKRs etc) and work with stakeholders across functions.

Strategy is great - But operationalizing projects when they don't have a clearly defined owner is higher IMPACT.

Pick up special projects which align with the key priorities of Assembly at different times.

In reality, this role doesn't come with a definition or a checklist of job responsibilities. As Founders' Staff, you will be expected to have a whatever-it-takes approach to help the founders on some of the key business areas.

Key Qualifiers:

- 2-3 years of total experience.
- Getting things done in a fast-paced work environment.
- Lives and breathes Consumer trends and is up to date with GenZs and is creative about ways to reach them and bring them on to Assembly.
- Be nimble enough to thrive in a fast-changing start-up environment yet being organised and detail-oriented to ensure nothing falls off the cracks.
- An understanding of budgets and business planning.
- Ex-entrepreneur, strong work-experience in start-ups will be preferred.
- You are quick to pick up new skills if required to get the job done.
