We are seeking a highly motivated Investor Relations Executive to join our growing team and play a critical role in managing and deepening relationships with our investor base.

**Role Overview**:
The Investor Relations Executive will be the key liaison between CREB and its investors—responsible for maintaining transparent communication, providing exceptional service, and delivering insights on performance, strategy, and market positioning. This role requires a strong understanding of financial products, investor behavior, and capital markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Investor Communications**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for current and prospective investors.
- Prepare and distribute investor updates, reports, newsletters, FAQs, and performance summaries.
- Coordinate webinars, earnings briefings, investor Q&As, and presentations.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with accredited investors, HNWIs, family offices, and financial advisors.
- Manage inbound investor inquiries and proactively engage with the investor base.
- Maintain CRM records with detailed investor profiles, interactions, and preferences.
- **Financial Reporting & Analysis**:

- Assist in preparing quarterly investor decks, performance summaries, and financial disclosures.
- Collaborate with finance and product teams to interpret and communicate fund performance and yield metrics.
- Monitor investor feedback and market sentiment to support decision-making and strategy.
- **Marketing & Onboarding Support**:

- Partner with the marketing team to ensure messaging aligns with investor expectations and regulatory standards.
- Support investor onboarding, including compliance checks and KYC coordination.
- **Strategic Initiatives**:

- Provide investor insights to support product development, fund structuring, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Track competitive market trends and investor preferences in the fixed-income and alternative investment sectors.
- Identify opportunities to deepen investor engagement and retention.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
