**Key Role and Responsibility**:
a) Making of industry-specific pitchbooks and financial models
b) Making of Term sheets, Shareholders Agreements, and other legal documents
c) Manage content on social media while making and reviewing the content on fundraising and startup ecosystem to promote the FundTQ brand and product
d) Onboarding various stakeholders on the platform including but not limited to small and mid
- sized enterprises, investment bankers and advisors or mentors, Investors (venture capitalists, angel networks, family office funds, corporate investors), and Incubators/accelerators globally (While focusing on Investors investing or likely to invest in India).
e) Scheduling and organizing webinars with influential people in the start-up ecosystem
f) Other related tasks to engage stakeholders

**Eligibility Criteria**: CA Intermediate both group clear

**Domain**: Valuation and Investment Banking

**Stipend**: For 1st Year - Rs. 10,000

**For 2nd Year**- Rs. 15,000
