**Role Overview**:
As a **CA Article Trainee**, you will gain **hands-on experience** in various domains of accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial advisory. This role is ideal for **CA aspirants** looking to build a **solid foundation** and develop **practical expertise** under the mentorship of experienced professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Audit & Assurance**:

- Assist in **Statutory Audits**, **Internal Audits**, and **Tax Audits**.
- Prepare and review **financial statements** and **audit reports**.
- Ensure **compliance** with auditing standards and legal regulations.
- **Taxation**:

- Support in **Direct and Indirect Tax** filings, including **GST returns**, **TDS**, and **Income Tax**.
- Assist in **tax planning**, **assessments**, and **compliance reviews**.
- Prepare responses for **notices** and **appeals** from tax authorities.
- **Financial Advisory & Reporting**:

- Participate in **valuation**, **due diligence**, and **financial modeling** assignments.
- Prepare **management reports**, including **MIS** and **analytical summaries**.
- Conduct **research** on industry-specific regulations and financial trends.
- **Compliance & Corporate Laws**:

- Assist in **ROC filings** and **corporate governance** matters.
- Support in conducting **secretarial audits** and regulatory reporting.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
