As a Sales Executive at Tripplatter, you will be responsible for driving sales of our holiday packages by connecting with potential customers and partners. Your primary goal will be to understand customer needs, present our travel solutions, and close deals. This role requires a passion for travel, strong communication skills, and a results-driven attitude.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Lead Generation**:

- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer needs.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Consult with customers to understand their travel preferences and provide tailored holiday package recommendations.
- Present and demonstrate the value of our holiday packages, highlighting unique features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- **Sales Management**:

- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues or concerns.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Provide feedback and insights to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals closed.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of North India’s tourist destinations and travel trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
