**Travel Sales Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Custom Travel Itinerary Creation**:

- Design and provide tailored travel itineraries that meet the needs and preferences of clients.
- Ensure itineraries align with client budgets, interests, and travel goals.
- **Hotel Knowledge**:

- Maintain an in-depth understanding of hotel offerings, including facilities, amenities, and location benefits.
- Recommend hotels that best match client requirements, considering luxury, convenience, and cost-effectiveness factors.
- **On-Tour Support & Management**:

- Provide ongoing support during client tours, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during the travel experience, acting as the point of contact for the clients.
- **Follow-up & Record Management**:

- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, follow-ups, and preferences for future travel.
- Follow up with clients post-tour to gather feedback and improve service quality for future bookings.
