Guest Relation Executive

**Job Summary**:As a Guest Relation Executive at our Family Entertainment Center (FEC), you will be responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests. You will serve as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your role is crucial in fostering a friendly and welcoming environment within the FEC.
**Responsibilities**:
**Guest Interaction**:Greet visitors upon entry and provide a warm welcome.
Assist guests with inquiries regarding FEC facilities, events, and services.
Address and resolve guest concerns or issues promptly.
**Information Desk**:Staff the information desk to provide details about FEC offerings, promotions, and pricing.
Distribute brochures, maps, and promotional materials to guests.
Guide guests to various attractions and amenities within the center.
**Membership and Loyalty Programs**:Promote and explain membership and loyalty programs to guests.
Assist in the enrollment process for membership programs.
Provide information on benefits and perks associated with membership.
**Event Coordination**:Collaborate with the events team to organize and facilitate special events.
Coordinate birthday parties and group bookings, ensuring a seamless experience.
Ensure that all guest requirements for events are met.
**Feedback Collection**:Gather feedback from guests regarding their experience.
Document guest suggestions, complaints, or compliments for continuous improvement.
Share relevant feedback with the management team.
**Lost and Found**:Manage the lost and found area, cataloging items and assisting guests in reclaiming lost belongings.
Coordinate with other departments to reunite guests with their lost items.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service or guest relations is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems for guest registration and information retrieval.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
