Sales and Operations Executive

Job Description The Sales & Operations Executive plays a key role in driving revenue, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales and on-ground operations. This role involves identifying business opportunities, handling banquet & room sales, managing event execution, and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction through smooth operational support. Key Responsibilities 1. Drive revenue growth: Identify, pursue, and convert sales leads for rooms, banquets, and meeting halls. 2. Banquet & event sales: Handle event inquiries, share proposals, negotiate rates, and close bookings. 3. Market outreach: Conduct regular field visits, cold calls, and digital outreach to boost business availability. 4. Event coordination: Oversee seamless execution of eventsliaising with kitchen, service, housekeeping, and front office teams. 5. Guest experience: Ensure client expectations are met from booking to event completion, resolving issues proactively. 6. Daily operations support: Assist with room occupancy planning, group check-ins, and VIP guest coordination. 7. Quality control: Monitor banquet setups, meeting hall arrangements, and service standards during events. Qualifications & Skills Required 1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). 2. 13 years of experience in hotel sales, banquet sales, or operations. 3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 4. Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and coordinate with multiple teams. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills with a guest-first mindset. 6. Proficiency with MS Office and basic hotel management systems. Work Conditions 1. Flexible schedule, including weekends and event days. 2. Combination of office-based work and on-ground event supervision. 3. Preferably residing near the property for convenience during early/late operational hours.
