A Hotel Front Office Executive plays a key role in the hospitality industry — they are the face of the hotel and the first point of contact for guests. Their main responsibility is to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and efficient guest experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and assist them with check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest records using hotel management software (e.g., Opera, IDS, or Cloud PMS).
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of room rates, promotions, and hotel facilities.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for guest needs.
  • Handle payments, invoices, and billing accurately.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Prepare daily reports and assist with administrative tasks.

Required Skills & Qualities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Polite, professional, and customer-service oriented.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic accounting and computer literacy.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS).
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues quickly.
  • Educational Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management,

Hospitality, or a related field.

  • Additional certifications in hospitality or customer service are an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
