Front Office Executive

A Hotel Front Office Executive plays a key role in the hospitality industry — they are the face of the hotel and the first point of contact for guests. Their main responsibility is to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and efficient guest experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest records using hotel management software (e.g., Opera, IDS, or Cloud PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain updated knowledge of room rates, promotions, and hotel facilities.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for guest needs.
- Handle payments, invoices, and billing accurately.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Prepare daily reports and assist with administrative tasks.
Required Skills & Qualities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite, professional, and customer-service oriented.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic accounting and computer literacy.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS).
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues quickly.
- Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management,
Hospitality, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in hospitality or customer service are an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
