**Position: Project Coordinator/Billing**

**Qualification :Preferably BE Civil(B.TECH/B.E)**

**Experience : More than 8+ years**

**Location :Gurgaon**

**Responsibilities**:
Independently Prepared RA-Bill Every Month Time to Time Also Prepared Reconciliation For Every Item Example Steel, RMC, Cement, And Other Material
- Review of all type of the Drawing in the sense of Billing Point of view
- Prepared of Rate Analysis Of Every Item For the Sub
- Contractor
- Review of site Point Noted to The Extra Item Which item Does not mention the BOQ item
- Preparation of BOM for civil and Finishing work, and also BBS for structure element, Comparing with BOQ if any deviation shall be bought to the attention of project manager. And prepared to the Deviation order.
- Also Prepared BOQ for Back to Back Contractor.
- I am Also Prepared of BOQ, with the Basis of Rate Analysis of the Particular item,
- Tender Rate Coated with the help of rate analysis.

Pay: ₹9,017.36 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
