**Responsibilities**:
**Cost Estimation**:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including material, labor, and overhead costs.
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine accurate quantities and costs.

**Tendering**:

- Manage the tendering process, including the preparation and submission of bids.
- Evaluate and analyze tender documents, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of project requirements.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services.

**Cost Control**:

- Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction phase.
- Track and analyze variations and change orders, assessing their impact on project costs.

**Quantity Take-off**:

- Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings.
- Verify and update quantity estimates based on project progress and changes.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date quantity information.

**Contract Management**:

- Assist in the preparation and negotiation of contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Review and understand contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance.
- Manage contractual relationships and address any contractual disputes that may arise.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain comprehensive and organized project documentation related to quantity surveying activities.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on project cost status, including forecasts and final accounts.
- Ensure that all project documentation complies with regulatory and internal standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience of 5-10 years
- Well proficient in **AUTOCAD, REVIT, Excel** a must.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools for cost estimation and project management.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
