Job Title: Quantity Surveyor - Civil Building Works

Location: NCR (National Capital Region)
Experience Required: 5+ Years

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and monitor project budgets and cost estimates.- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities).- Evaluate and negotiate contracts, variations, and claims.- Monitor and control project costs to ensure completion within budget.- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate quantity and cost assessments.- Assist in procurement planning and vendor selection.- Prepare progress reports and payment certifications.- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and legal requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil building projects.- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.- Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on government or large-scale infrastructure projects in the NCR region.- Knowledge of FIDIC or similar contract management frameworks.
