🚧 We’re Hiring | MEP Quantity Surveyor 🏗️We are looking for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team for a Commercial Building Project (High-Rise / Corporate / Mixed-Use).📍 Location: [Gurgaon / Site Based] 🕒 Employment Type: Contractual 🔹 Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and commercial documentationPerform quantity take-offs for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, ELV, and Fire-Fighting servicesReview and verify bills, variations, and rate analysisSupport tendering activities: RFQs, bid evaluation & awardingTrack project costs, prepare commercial reports, and forecast budgetsCoordinate with site, planning, engineering, and procurement teams🔹 Requirements:✔ Under graduation in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering ✔ 8-12 years of experience in MEP QS roles (commercial/high-rise projects preferred) ✔ Strong skills in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software (CostX/Planswift/Bluebeam) ✔ Knowledge of FIDIC and contract administration is an advantage📩 Interested candidates can share their CV at: 👉 dillu.s@careerxperts.comOR 🔁 Refer someone who might be a great fit
