We utilize state-of-the-art project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and custom Management Information Systems to ensure effective communication and project execution. Located in Gurugram, we are committed to delivering constructive and effective contributions through our project management skills. Role Description The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules, managing project finances, and ensuring that all expenses are within the forecasted budget. Additional duties include monitoring and managing contract changes, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with other team members to document project progress. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. Qualifications Experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, and Budget ManagementProficiency in Project Management Software such as Primavera P6 and MS ProjectExpertise in Contract Administration, Monitoring, and Risk AssessmentExcellent Analytical and Numerical SkillsStrong Communication and Interpersonal SkillsBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related fieldRelevant professional certifications are a plus
