Hello,We are urgently looking for Quantity Surveyor for real estate industry (residential) for Gurgaon LocationExperience- 3+yrsNotice period- Less than 30daysWorking days- 6days work from officeJob DescriptionExperience in coordinating with project consultants and design teams for preparing detailed cost estimates & BOQs from drawings.Prepare detailed BOQ from drawings (soft/hard copies) including line items description, estimated rates and quantities for civil, structural, finishing, external development and façade works etc.Ability to track awarded BOQs & construction budgets during the project execution phase, ensuring seamless coordination with the in-house team.Proficiency in AutoCAD & MS Excel for quantity take-offs (TOS) and BOQ preparation.Knowledge of MEP packages in a Real estate Project including coordination with the MEP team for BOQ finalization.Ability to handle multiple projects from the head office (HO) function.Reconciliation of free-of-cost (FOC) supplied client materials on regular basis.Strong knowledge of rate analysis, cost escalation, market rates, CPWD DSR and standard method of measurement.Team player with a positive attitude.If interested share CV on sonamm@smart-source.in
