About the CompanyA leading Project Management / Construction Consulting firm is hiring for the role of MEP Quantity Surveyor (QS) for a large-scale Commercial Development project in Mumbai.About the RoleWe Are Hiring – MEP Quantity Surveyor (QS) | Gurgaon | Commercial ProjectResponsibilitiesPrepare & review BOQs for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting systemsValidate and certify contractor RA bills and progress invoicesConduct rate analysis, material reconciliation & cost variance reportingManage change orders, claims, and contractual deviationsPerform site measurement verification and support tender evaluationsMaintain cost control logs, MIS reports & cashflow projectionsCoordinate with project stakeholders to support cost control and commercial closure QualificationsDegree/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering8+ years of experience in MEP QS roles (Commercial / Corporate / IT Park / High-rise projects preferred) Required SkillsStrong understanding of MEP services, billing & contract administrationExpertise in BOQ preparation, variation & claim assessmentsProficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (preferred), cost reporting tools Preferred SkillsStrong commercial and contractual awarenessGood negotiation & analytical skillsAttention to detail and documentation disciplineAbility to work under deadlines and with cross-functional teams Pay range and compensation packageOpportunity to work on a landmark commercial real estate developmentExposure to international-standard PMC systems, reporting & project controlsExcellent platform for career growth in the construction domainEqual Opportunity StatementFor more connect me on dillu.s@careerxperts.com
