Qualification: B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities: Generate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from architectural and structural drawings Prepare rate analysis for various civil work items Develop project cost estimates across different design stages Verify and process contractor bills Ensure contractor compliance with billing documentation and standards Prepare material reconciliation statements for key construction resources Compile monthly deviation reports comparing billed vs. budgeted amounts Required Skills & Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project Familiarity with IS codes for measurement and civil works Strong ability to read and interpret drawings Strategic thinking and analytical mindset Effective communication and coordination skills Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines Additional Competencies: Understanding of steel and cement consumption patterns Estimation of item quantities on SFT basis Awareness of market rates for civil work items Knowledge of emerging materials and market trends Application Instructions:
