**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver **interactive and concept-based classroom sessions** in **Mathematics** for JEE/NEET aspirants.
- Develop and review **lecture plans, assignments, and question papers** aligned with exam patterns.
- Conduct **doubt-clearing and remedial sessions** to address student learning gaps.
- Track **student performance**, provide detailed feedback, and ensure measurable progress.
- Collaborate with **academic coordinators** to enhance teaching content and delivery methods.
- Maintain high **academic standards** and align teaching with **Crimson’s pedagogy**.
- Participate in **faculty training sessions, parent interactions, and academic reviews**.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related discipline from a reputed institute (**B.Tech/M.Sc./Ph.D.** preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum **2-3 years of experience** in teaching **Mathematics for JEE/NEET** preparation.
- **Preferred**: Proven track record of **mentoring high-performing students** in competitive exams.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong command over **Algebra, Calculus, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Coordinate Geometry**.
- Excellent **presentation and problem-solving skills**.
- Ability to **engage students** through interactive and analytical teaching methods.
- Effective **classroom management** and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in **digital teaching tools and online learning platforms**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
