**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver **engaging and conceptual classroom sessions** in **Chemistry** for NEET/JEE aspirants.
- Prepare and review **academic materials** including lecture plans, assignments, and test papers.
- Conduct **doubt-solving sessions** and provide **personalized academic guidance** to students.
- Monitor **student performance** and provide structured feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with **academic coordinators** to refine content and teaching methods.
- Ensure adherence to **Crimson’s academic standards and teaching pedagogy**.
- Participate in **faculty meetings, training programs, and parent interactions** as required.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related discipline from a reputed institute (**B.Tech/M.Sc./Ph.D.** preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum **2-3 years of teaching experience** in the **test-prep industry** (freshers with exceptional academic performance may also apply).
- **Preferred**: Proven track record of **mentoring successful students** in **NEET/JEE** or similar competitive exams.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent **communication and presentation skills**.
- Ability to **engage and motivate students** effectively.
- Strong **classroom management** and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in **digital tools and online teaching platforms**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
