Role Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chemistry Faculty to join the academic team at Crimson Schools. The role involves teaching, mentoring, and guiding students preparing for competitive exams such as IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced), NEET, Olympiads, and other entrance tests. The ideal candidate should possess strong command over Chemistry concepts, excellent communication and mentoring skills, and a commitment to achieving academic excellence through result-oriented teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and conceptual classroom sessions in Chemistry for NEET/JEE aspirants.
  • Prepare and review academic materials including lecture plans, assignments, and test papers.
  • Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide personalized academic guidance to students.
  • Monitor student performance and provide structured feedback for improvement.
  • Collaborate with academic coordinators to refine content and teaching methods.
  • Ensure adherence to Crimson's academic standards and teaching pedagogy.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, training programs, and parent interactions as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related discipline from a reputed institute (B.Tech/M.Sc./Ph.D. preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in the test-prep industry (freshers with exceptional academic performance may also apply).
  • Preferred: Proven track record of mentoring successful students in NEET/JEE or similar competitive exams.

Skills Required:

  • Strong subject expertise and conceptual clarity in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
  • Strong classroom management and mentoring skills.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and online teaching platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45, ₹65,000.00 per month
