Key Responsibilities

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential students and parents.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads via telephonic conversations.
  • Promote and explain the features, benefits, and value proposition of our JEE/NEET coaching programs.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and lead status in the system.
  • Follow up regularly to drive conversions and meet monthly enrollment targets.
  • Handle inbound calls and resolve queries with professionalism.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Share daily reports and performance metrics with the management team.
  • Ensure adherence to calling scripts and organizational compliance standards.
