As a 'Level 1 Support Executive' at Turito, you will deliver prompt, high-quality assistance to parents through chat, calls, and email channels. You will be the first point of contact for resolving basic queries and issues, ensuring an excellent customer experience in every interaction.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include

  • Providing timely and accurate support through chats, calls, and emails.
  • Following standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles to resolve queries.
  • Accurately documenting and categorizing customer interactions.
  • Escalating unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support with clear notes.
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, professionalism, and empathy in all communications.
  • Meeting SLAs on first response, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Sharing feedback on recurring issues to help improve support processes.
  • Working collaboratively with the support team to drive best practices.
