Role Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and passionate faculty members to join the academic team at Crimson Schools. The role involves teaching, mentoring, and guiding students preparing for competitive exams such as IIT, NEET, JEE (Main & Advanced), Olympiads, and other entrance tests. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a student-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and result-oriented classroom sessions in your subject (Chemistry & Mathematics)
  • Prepare and review academic content including lecture plans, study material, assignments, and test papers.
  • Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized academic support to students.
  • Track student performance and provide feedback to help them improve.
  • Work closely with academic coordinators and contribute to curriculum planning and teaching methodologies.
  • Ensure high academic standards and adherence to Crimson's teaching pedagogy.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, training programs, and parent-teacher interactions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject from a reputed institute (B.Tech/M.Sc./Ph.D. preferred for JEE faculty; M.Sc./MBBS/BDS for NEET faculty).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in the test-prep industry (freshers with exceptional academic credentials may also apply).
  • Proven track record of successful students in NEET/JEE or other competitive exams is a plus.

Skills Required:

  • In-depth subject knowledge and clarity of concepts.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to connect with students and motivate them.
  • Classroom management and mentoring capabilities.
  • Comfort with using digital tools for teaching.
