**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and review academic content including lecture plans, study material, assignments, and test papers.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized academic support to students.
- Track student performance and provide feedback to help them improve.
- Work closely with academic coordinators and contribute to curriculum planning and teaching methodologies.
- Ensure high academic standards and adherence to Crimson’s teaching pedagogy.
- Participate in faculty meetings, training programs, and parent-teacher interactions.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in the test-prep industry (freshers with exceptional academic credentials may also apply).
- Proven track record of successful students in NEET/JEE or other competitive exams is a plus.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to connect with students and motivate them.
- Classroom management and mentoring capabilities.
- Comfort with using digital tools for teaching.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Schedule:
