**Job Title**: Digital Marketing Strategist
**Location**: Koramangala, Bangalore
**Experience**: 1 - 3 years
**Position Type**: Full-time, On-site (Monday - Saturday, 10:30 AM - 07:00 PM)

Since our incorporation in 2014, we have been revolutionizing the real estate industry with our **O2O (Online-to-Offline) second landlord platform**. We currently manage assets worth over ₹2,000 crores, with a **95%+ occupancy rate and 100% on-time rent distribution**.

**Role Overview**

We are looking for a **creative and Digital Marketing Strategist** to develop and execute content ideas, manage social media, coordinate with vendors, and organize marketing events like exhibitions and campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Strategy & Creation**: Develop engaging content ideas across various platforms.
- **Marketing Strategy**: Contribute to campaign planning and lead generation initiatives.
- **Social Media Management**: Oversee content distribution and engagement on digital platforms.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Collaborate with vendors, marketing teams, and media partners.
- **Event Planning & Execution**: Organize exhibitions, marketing events, and promotional activities.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1 to 3 years in content creation, social media, or event marketing.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- **Skills**:

- Social media management
- Content creation & marketing strategy
- Strong writing & communication skills
- Experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Lead generation & event coordination
- **Attributes**: Attention to detail, creativity, teamwork, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Availability**: Immediate joiners preferred (or within one month).

**What We Offer**
- **Salary**: ₹3,40,000 - ₹5,00,000 per year (based on experience).
