
Executive Assistant to CEO

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Overseeing Operational Processes: Collaborate with the CEO to understand and implement operational strategies and processes.
2. Monitor and ensure the successful execution of initiatives and projects as directed by the CEO.
3. Regularly review processes and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.4. Diary Management:Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
5. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal use of the CEO's time.6. Follow-up Task Management: Track and manage tasks assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely completion and appropriate follow-up within the team and zoho management.
7. Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, facilitating communication and coordination.
8. Meeting Management: Attend meetings with the CEO, take accurate minutes, and maintain organised records.
9. Distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action items to relevant stakeholders.10. Strategic Insight Development: Gain comprehensive exposure to company documents, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
11. Develop a strategic mindset by actively participating in discussions and decision-making processes.12. Contribute ideas and insights to support the company's growth and development.
13. Learning and Growth: Embrace the opportunity to witness and contribute to the company's growth from a 20-employee stage to 75 and eventually 200 employees within the next year.
