**Job Title: Business Manager - Real Estate MarketingKey Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Client Acquisition**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities by targeting potential clients (buyers, sellers, investors, developers, and property managers).
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through market research, networking, and direct outreach.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders such as real estate agents, developers, and investors to expand the company’s client base.
- **Market Analysis & Strategy Development**:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitors in the real estate industry.
- Develop strategic marketing plans that align with the company’s goals to increase brand visibility and market share.
- Monitor real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and emerging demands to fine-tune marketing tactics.
- **Brand Positioning & Promotion**:

- Oversee the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns (both online and offline) that enhance brand recognition and drive lead conversion.
- Represent the company at real estate events, conferences, and exhibitions to build industry relationships and promote the brand.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met and fostering loyalty.
- Provide exceptional customer service by managing client expectations, addressing concerns, and offering solutions.
- Follow up with clients after transactions to maintain relationships and generate repeat business.
- **Sales & Negotiation**:

- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and close deals.
- Develop proposals and negotiate contracts with potential clients, ensuring favorable terms for the business.
- Monitor the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and deal closure.
- **Partnership Development**:

- Identify and negotiate partnerships with local businesses, real estate agencies, and other organizations that can boost marketing efforts.
- Foster strong partnerships with other developers, agents, and brokers to expand market reach.
- **Reporting & Performance Tracking**:

- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and business development activities, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize ROI.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, client acquisition cost, and revenue generation.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on business development progress, challenges, and achievements.
- **Customer Experience Optimization**:

- Enhance the customer experience by creating personalized marketing strategies that meet the needs of each client.
- Work on improving the client journey from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up, ensuring a smooth process and positive experiences.
- **Collaboration & Team Leadership**:

- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive strategy and unified approach.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior business development staff, helping them grow in their roles and achieve personal and team goals.
- **Content & Digital Marketing Strategy**:

- Collaborate with content creators to develop valuable content (blog posts, social media, videos) that attracts and engages potential clients.
- Oversee SEO and online advertising strategies to drive traffic to the company’s website and listings.
- Manage the social media presence and ensure consistent and engaging communication with the target audience.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Proven track record in business development or sales within the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of real estate marketing strategies and digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
- Strong presentation and proposal development skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:
