- Contact leads from various sources like online inquiries, advertisements, real estate events, and social media platforms.
- Maintain a database of potential clients for follow-up and future engagement.
- **Providing Information about Properties and Plots**:

- Share detailed information about the available real estate projects, such as property features, prices, location advantages, and investment potential.
- Answer questions related to the legalities of purchasing land or property, financing options, and payment plans.
- Explain the benefits of buying a property or plot in a particular area, addressing customer concerns about the development, amenities, and infrastructure.
- **Lead Qualification**:

- Assess the interest and buying intent of leads by asking qualifying questions (e.g., budget, preferred location, investment timeline).
- Identify high-potential leads and categorize them based on their readiness to buy or invest.
- Forward qualified leads to sales teams or senior agents for further action.
- **Scheduling Appointments and Property Visits**:

- Schedule property visits or meetings with prospective buyers to showcase the available plots or properties.
- Coordinate with the sales or site visit team to ensure smooth scheduling and follow-up.
- Provide customers with all necessary information to prepare for a property viewing (e.g., directions, documents, etc.).

- Reach out to a targeted audience based on the marketing plan to promote specific plots, properties, or discounts.
- Help promote referral programs, events, and webinars aimed at increasing engagement with potential clients.
- **Database Management and CRM Usage**:

- Keep records of all interactions with leads, prospects, and clients in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
- Update the database with relevant customer information, such as contact details, preferences, and transaction status.
- Track call outcomes and report progress, challenges, and successes to the marketing or sales team.
- **Sales Conversion**:

- Engage with prospects who are nearing the decision stage, addressing final objections and encouraging them to commit to a purchase.
