**Job Title: Local Control Tower Executive**

AbleCold is at an inflexion point and for the next phase of rapid growth, we are seeking individuals with high-energy, highly motivated to work in ambiguity, and have interpersonal and cross-functional skills to join our team.

**The Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Managing day-to-day operations.
- Optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
- Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Identifying ways to improve customer experiences.
- Tracking and reporting on operational performance.
- Reports need to be generated daily with accuracy in data points and shared with the internal team.
- Maintaining policy and procedure documents.
- Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for daily analysis.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
- Completing tasks on time by adhering to the deadlines set by the internal team.
- Maintaining integrity of the company and its policies.
- Being proactive and taking ownership of the job.
- Have a strong hold on numbers and a keen observation on patterns.
- Coordinating with different team members at the warehouse to get the right data in the right format and at the right time.
- Responsible for gathering information from the right sources by coordinating with different internal teams and maintaining accurate information.

**Required skills/experience**:

- Should have a good working knowledge of excel and generating reports.
- Should have a Diploma/ Graduate degree.
- should have good communication skills in English, Hindi and regional language.
- Should have good speed and accuracy while dealing with data points.
- Should be able to get work done by all means.
- Should be willing to roll up sleeve and work himself/herself if needed.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
