Whizzard is a last mile distribution network for digital commerce. The network currently spreads across 14 States and 90 Cities / towns and is 3500 people strong.

We design and implement solutions that address distribution and warehousing needs of our customers. We do last mile distribution for brands like Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket, Udaan, FedEx and DHL.

Founded in 2018, the team is headed by founders from IIT, IIM, XLRI, Cornell who have extensive experience in building teams and businesses.

Whizzard was acquired by Mahindra Logistics for ₹720M on Feb 28, 2022.

**The Role**:
The Control Tower Executive Functions like the eyes and ears for the founders to ensure that action items pertinent to business goals are being implemented and also measure the impact. Also, you will be responsible for taking a data driven approach towards driving rigor and excellence in various business functions. While working with cross functional teams and with senior stakeholders from various departments.

**What you will do everyday**:

- Mapping business goals to different functions and individuals. Ensuring week on week progress against the stated goals.
- Identifying and prioritizing action items for various departments and stakeholders to help the company extract optimum value from its resources and assets.
- Staying abreast of deliverables and ensuring that deadlines are met with good quality outputs.
- Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders and coordinating implementation of systems and processes.
- Managing day to day large chunks of data and sharing it to the relevant stakeholders in a simple presentable format.
- Follow up on the data shared, by having daily calls for improving SLA and drive performance to improve overall P&L.
- Share weekly, bi-weekly and monthly trend analysis of improvements and share suggestions for future performance actions.

**Your Superpowers**:

- Knows to handle and interpret large data and understands operations role
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Should be very comfortable with data and numbers
- Based out of Bangalore OR be willing to relocate to Bangalore
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel (Pivot table, V-lookup)
- Fluent in English & Hindi (Kannada, Tamil and Telugu will be an added advantage)
- Flexibility to work in different shifts during the day and over weekends preferred.
- Previous experience with flipkart processes as an executive, team lead or supervisor will be an added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
