What makes the role meaty?


•Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the control tower, ensuring timely and accurate information flow across the supply chain.


•Monitor supply chain performance metrics such as order fulfillment rate, delivery timelines, inventory accuracy, and cold chain compliance.


•Coordinate with sourcing, procurement, warehousing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.


•Identify bottlenecks, analyze root causes of delays or discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.


•Collaborate with technology and data teams to enhance real-time visibility and reporting capabilities.


•Manage escalations related to supply chain disruptions and customer complaints.


•Lead a team of analysts or coordinators, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.


•Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.


•Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on supply chain performance and risks.


•Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the supply chain.

•Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business administration, or related field.


•3-6 years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or control tower roles, preferably in FMCG, food tech, or e-commerce.


•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in data-driven decision making.


•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


•Proficient with ERP, WMS, TMS, and reporting tools (Excel, BI tools).


•Experience in leading and managing teams.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
