Summary:

The Tower/Stream Lead is an experienced senior Service Delivery leader to oversee global client operations remotely from Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English (verbal and written) and a proven track record of building and managing technical and functional pipelines. This role requires leadership in driving service excellence, optimizing processes, and maintaining high-quality delivery across multiple modules. Prior experience with US/EU clients is preferred. The successful candidate will collaborate with diverse teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure seamless service delivery aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Focus on building strong technical and functional pipelines with balanced module coverage.

  • Ensure overall quality, skill alignment, and readiness of candidates for current and future project needs.

  • Collaborate with teams to identify skills gaps and prioritize sourcing efforts accordingly.

  • Maintain pipeline health through proactive sourcing, screening, and engagement.

  • Provide regular updates on pipeline status and alignment to stakeholders and management.

  • Address bottlenecks and ensure pipeline quality supports seamless project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Must have prior experience in module-specific expertise (FI/CO, OTC, P2P, SCM, HCM, Analytics).

  • Possess experience in understanding ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and change management.

  • Must possess experience in AMS management.

  • Possess experience in building a pipeline.

  • Strong written and verbal English (required).

Rate: $25-35 USD/hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2, ₹3,106.00 per hour
